Thank you for shopping with Xenum. This Shipping Policy outlines our delivery timelines, shipping charges, handling process, courier partners, and customer responsibilities.
1. Order Processing Time
- Orders are processed & packed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends, public holidays, or peak sale periods may take additional time.
- You will receive an email/SMS with tracking details once the order is dispatched.
2. Shipping Timelines

Delivery delays may occur due to weather, strikes, operational restrictions, or courier handling, which are beyond our direct control.
3. Shipping Charges

| COD Orders | ₹49 – ₹99 (as applicable) |
| Exchanges / Returns | Reverse shipping fee may apply depending on reason |
COD charges are non-refundable once the order is shipped.
4. Courier Partners
We ship through leading and trusted logistics providers:
- Delhivery
- Blue Dart
- DTDC
- Ekart
- Shadowfax
- Xpressbees
- India Post (for remote areas)
Tracking link will be shared automatically via email/SMS after dispatch.
5. Delivery Attempts
- Courier will attempt delivery 2–3 times.
- If customer is unavailable / address incorrect, the order will be marked RTO (Return to Origin).
RTO Conditions
- If prepaid, refund will be issued after deducting shipping + return logistics charges.
- If COD, reshipping will require advance payment of shipping & COD fee.
6. Tracking & Updates
- Tracking details will be sent to you via email/SMS on dispatch.
- In case tracking stops updating for more than 48 hours, contact us at care@xenum.in.
7. Customer Responsibilities
Customers must ensure:
- Correct and complete address details
- Active phone number during delivery window
- Availability to receive parcel
Failure to do so may result in delivery delays or RTO.
8. Damaged, Wrong, or Missing Product
If you receive:
- Damaged product
- Wrong item
- Missing accessories
You must report within 48 hours of delivery with clear photo/video proof to care@xenum.in.
9. Delivery Delays (Uncontrollable Factors)
Delays may occur due to:
- Courier operational issues
- Weather disturbances
- Festivals / peak season load
- Lockdowns / natural calamities
Xenum will not be liable for compensation for delays beyond control, but we will coordinate with courier to expedite resolution.
10. International Shipping
- Currently, Xenum ships only within India.
- International shipping will be introduced soon and updated accordingly.
